INSPECTION
1. INSPECT REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Temporarily install the nut, and flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times as shown in the illustration.
(b) Use a torque wrench to turn the nut continuously at a rate of 2 to 3 seconds per turn. Take the torque reading on the fifth turn.
Torque: 0.05 to 1.96 N·m (0.51 to 20.0 kgf·cm, 4.51 to 17.3 in·lbf)
If the value is not within the specified range, replace the front suspension toe control link with a new one.
(c) Check the dust boot for cracks or grease leakage.
